Joe Aribo says he is excited for Nigeria’s upcoming 2023 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers against Sierra Leone and Mauritius
The Super Eagles is set to begin its quest for a fourth African Cup of Nations trophy when the 2023 qualifiers commence later in June.
Joe Aribo is already psyched up for the upcoming crucial 2023 AFCON qualifiers against Sierra Leone, and Mauritius under new coach Jose Poseiro.
According to Complete Sports, Aribo says he is looking forward to the games and confirmed the Super Eagles’ readiness for the AFCON qualifiers.
“I’m excited. We are ready to go. We want to win the games and I can’t wait to get going.”
Nigeria will begin their 2023 African Cup of Nations qualifiers on June 9 when they host Sierra Leone at the Moshood Abuja Stadium, Abuja before traveling to face Mauritius on June 13.
