8:11 CET – Russia’s Daniil Medvedev (25) has made light work of Quentin Halys (26), beating the Frenchman 6-4, 6-2 to reach the quarter-finals in Miami.

7:47 CET – Jessica Pegula (29) has beaten Anastasia Potapova (21) to confirm a semi-final meeting with Elena Rybakina (23). Pegula won the quarter-final contest 4-6, 6-3, 7-6.

7:15 CET – Christopher Eubanks (26) and Francisco Cerundolo (24) have both booked spots in the last eight in Miami.

Eubanks beat Adrian Mannarino (34) 7-6, 7-6 in a tight contest while Cerundolo defeated Lorenzo Sonego (27) after losing the first set. It finished 3-6, 6-3, 6-2.

6:12 CET – Good morning and welcome to our daily Tennis Tracker for Wednesday, March 29th. The men’s last 16 and women’s quarterfinals are underway in Miami with a couple of matches left in the day’s play.

On the women’s side, Elena Rybakina (23) booked the first semi-final spot last night while Jessica Pegula (29) and Anastasia Potapova (21) are currently playing for the right to face her in the final four.

The other two women’s quarter-finals will take place tonight. Check out the women’s draw here.

As we reported last night, Carlos Alcaraz (19) booked his spot in the men’s quarter-finals where he will meet Taylor Fritz (25).

Daniil Medvedev (25) is just about to take the court to play Quentin Halys (26). The result will fill out the draw for the last eight. You can see the men’s draw here.
