The report also suggests that the opening bid for the South Korean is believed to stand in the region of €60m.
It goes onto say that the 30-year-old will be offered a four-year deal worth €30m to pair him with marquee signing Karim Benzema.
However Spurs are understood to be preparing to rebuff the planned approach for Son, whose current deal expires in summer 2025.
