Foot Mercato claim Arsenal man Nicolas Pepe has been offered to French champions PSG this summer, among numerous other clubs. The Ivory Coast international has struggled for game time during the 2021-22 season.
Pepe, 26, has failed to live up his £72million price tag since he joined the Gunners in the summer of 2019 from Lille. In his first two seasons, he scored 24 goals and laid on 15 assists in 89 games for Arsenal.
Decent stats, but not enough for a player that was bought for £72million and is Arsenal’s club-record transfer signing. His attitude has come into question at times, and he is now on the transfer list at the Emirates.
This season he has scored three and created six in 23 games – but only five of those came in the starting line-up in the Premier League. Arsenal are likely to get rid of him this summer, and he has now been offered to PSG.

For both Arsenal and Pepe, a move needs to happen this summer. Gabriel Martinelli is first choice on the left, and Bukayo Saka is top of the pecking order on the right. Emile Smith-Rowe is cover, as is Pepe.
But he is fourth-choice winger, and the £127k-a-week (FM) star is too expensive a player to remain – especially, regarding doubts over his attitude. Pepe needs game time, and Arsenal need to offload him soon.
