Arsenal Have Revealed Their New Home Kit For The 2023/24
Arsenal have revealed their new home kit for the 2023/24 Premier League season, inspired by the famous Invincibles of 2003/04.
The achievements of Arsene Wenger’s side, who went unbeaten across the entire campaign en route to winning the title, take centre-stage in this new kit to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the iconic season.
The Gunners’ record of record of 26 wins and 12 draws over 38 games that year is stitched into the side of the shirt, which also includes gold accents to celebrate the legendary triumph.
“We’re in this together,” said Bukayo Saka at the launch of the new shirt. “The support we’ve received this season home and away, from supporters around the world and from colleagues and friends across the Arsenal family has been immense.
“Celebrating this moment together makes us excited to wear this shirt next season. It’s so powerful when we know teammates, supporters and friends are driving us on. We’re stronger when we’re moving forward, together.”
Arsenal legend Ray Parlour, part of the Invincibles, added: “Playing in that season twenty years ago, surrounded by so many wonderful players is something I will never forget, and it is great to see we are celebrating our club history by bringing out this new home shirt – something I think all the supporters will truly love.”
Fans will get their first glimpse of the new kit on Saturday, when the Arsenal Women’s side take on Aston Villa in the final WSL game of the campaign.
Mikel Arteta’s side will then don the new kit 24 hours later in their Premier League finale against Wolves on Sunday.
The shirt will also be worn in next season’s Champions League, with the Gunners back on the biggest European stage for the first time since 2017 following their outstanding Premier League campaign.
