A bizarre report from SPORT has surfaced in recent hours which highlights the magnitude of Barcelona’s financial woes.
According to the outlet, the Catalans are in such neck-deep water from an economic standpoint that they will not send any scouts to the U17 World Cup.
The competition is slated to take place between November and December this year in Indonesia.
While Barcelona may continue remote scouting, there will be no agents on site for the Spanish giants.
