Carlo Ancelotti Expected To Join Brazil National Team In 2024

Current Real Madrid boss Carlo Ancelotti is expected to become the Brazil national team manager in the summer of 2024.

Speculation has long linked Ancelotti with a move to the Selecao but he seems set to stay at Real Madrid this summer.

La Stampa (via TMW) today state that Ancelotti will stay at Los Blancos for another season, with his current deal at the club running out in the summer of 2024.

After that, he will join the Brazil national team, with an agreement between the two parties said to be a step away.

They state that Ancelotti is expected to take charge of the Brazil national side from 1st July, 2024 onwards but there is a possibility that he could start the role on a part-time basis from the 1st of January, 2024 itself.

From the 1st of July onwards, he would be in a full-time role once his contract with Real Madrid expires.

It would be Ancelotti’s first job in the international management arena.
