Chelsea are considering the possibility of selling Kalidou Koulibaly amidst interest from Juventus regarding a summer move.
Daniele Longo has reported that Max Allegri has made the request to the Bianconeri management about his need for a left-sided centre-back and the club has accepted that demand. Allegri wants an established player and all signs points towards Koulibaly.
The Senegal international would be interested in a move but his wage demands are too high. Having said that, Juve would only look to start talks with Chelsea on their own terms, with the Blues considering selling the defender in the summer transfer window.
Last summer, it was Koulibaly’s agent Fali Ramadani who wanted the player to join Juve but the defender wanted to move to Chelsea.
Ramadani is now trying to find a solution for the player, with the biggest problem being his wage demands of €10 million per season.
Juve might be able to afford only half of that but talks about the move could take place later to define the deal further.
