- Atlético de Madrid’s João Félix has revealed his “dream” to sign for Barcelona.
The Portugal international spent last season on loan at Chelsea after falling out of favour for Diego Simeone’s side.
But Félix has added further fuel to the fire of his relationship with Atleti by opening himself to the prospect of a move to the Catalans.
“I’d love to play for Barça,” Félix is quoted as saying to Fabrizio Romano.
“Barcelona has always been my first choice and I’d love to join Barça. It was always my dream since I was a kid.
“If it happens, it will be a dream come true for me.”
Félix currently has no shirt number after Atleti removed the no.7 allocated to him following a reported €126m transfer in summer 2019.
