Family Tree
Randy Arozarena’s parents, Jesus Arozarena and Sandra Gonzalez raised their three sons in a small town in Pinar Del Rio, Cuba.
They welcomed their first child Randy in 1995, Raiko, in 1997, and their youngest son, Ronny Arozarena, born in 2002.
Unlike his elder brothers, Ronny has not pursued a professional sports career.
During Randy’s baseball journey, his father, Jesus, was his biggest supporter. He always attended his son’s practices and games, never missing a chance to show his support.
Tragically, in 2014, while attending one of Randy’s playoff games in another town, Jesus unknowingly consumed a seafood dish that triggered a severe allergic reaction. Unfortunately, he passed away shortly after.
