RONALDINHO HUMILIATE MAN CITY AND NAME HIS FAVOURITE TEAM TO FOLLOW IN PREMIER LEAGUE.
Ronaldinho singled out Liverpool as the team he enjoys watching the most in the Premier League
Ronaldinho has named Liverpool as the club that he enjoys following the most in the Premier League.
The Brazilian, who has never played in the Premier League during his time as a footballer, singled out Jurgen Klopp’s side as his favorite to watch because of their attacking style of play.
While admitting that it was difficult to choose only one team among the 20 top flight English sides, the 42-year old, who was a serial winner during his time as a player, said Liverpool slightly edged the others in terms of excitement.
“It is hard to choose just one. I think each club has a great player that I like watching, but I think the attacking players for Liverpool are the players that I currently really like watching.” The 2005 Ballon d’Or winner told JOE.
To be fair, Ronaldinho might have a point, as Liverpool has been one of the entertainers in the Premier League in the past few seasons.
Along with Pep Guardiola’s Manchester City, Liverpool have been embroiled in a thrilling battle for supremacy in England, and they narrowly missed out on the Premier League title last season, coming only a point behind Manchester City.
Jurgen Klopp’s side however managed the domestic double, winning the Carabao Cup and FA Cup, both times on penalties at the expense of Chelsea.
