Three Man United Players Receive England Call-Ups For June’s Euro Qualifiers
Three Manchester United players have received England call-ups for the forthcoming UEFA Euro qualifying matches in June.
Luke Shaw, Harry Maguire and Marcus Rashford are the trio to make the squad, with the likes of Jadon Sancho missing out.
Gareth Southgate has again reinstated his faith in Maguire, as he will feature in the matches despite his lack of playing time at club level.
Rashford’s fine form has kept him in the mix, with the forward now sitting on 29 goals for the season so far in all competitions.
Shaw has also been exceptional this term and has even taken on a new role on numerous occasions at left centre-back, though Southgate is unlikely to utilise him in that position.
England’s forthcoming fixtures
The Three Lions will face an away clash with Malta on June 16 at the Ta’ Qali National Stadium before returning to home comforts, even more so for the three Reds, as England’s home game against North Macedonia is at Old Trafford on June 19!
