Manchester United midfielder Paul Pogba has hinted that he could soon be playing alongside Arsenal, Chelsea and Tottenham transfer target Paulo Dybala. The striker is set to leave Juventus on a free transfer at the end of the season while Pogba is also set to leave Old Trafford.
Dybala has spent seven years in Turin but confirmed he will leave at the end of the season. The 28-year-old will not be short of suitors, including all three of the aforementioned London clubs. Mikel Arteta, Thomas Tuchel and Antonio Conte are all eager to bolster their attacking options this summer and Dybala is an appealing option to all three.
A report from 90min states that the three clubs, as well as Manchester United and Manchester City were given the option to sign the Argentinian on a pre-contract agreement back in February. It’s an option that remains unclaimed so as things stand, Dybala’s future remains unresolved.
Now, his former Juventus teammate Pogba has hinted that the pair could be playing together again soon. The World Cup winner shared a message to Dybala on Twitter in which he said that he hoped to see him soon
“Hermano, you’re a top player and a top man!” Pogba wrote on Twitter along with a number of photographs of the pair at Juventus. “It’s great to have you as a friend and to have shared moments with you at @JuventusFC. Hope to see you soon! @PauDybala_JR.”
Of course, the message is open to interpretation. It could hint that there is a possibility of the pair linking up again at the same new club. It could mean they are both playing for Manchester United next season. It could simply mean that he wants to meet his old friend for a catch up soon.
