ACCRA HEARTS OF OAK COACH HAS LAUDED PRAISE FOR SULLEY MUNTARI
Hearts of Oak coach Samuel Boadu has praised for Ghana midfielder Sulley Muntari for leading by example at the club
Accra Hearts of Oak coach Samuel Boadu has lauded veteran midfielder Sulley Muntari for showing great humility at the club.
The former AC Milan and Inter star joined the Phobians in February after an illustrious career abroad.
Muntari helped the Phobians win the FA Cup last weekend and coach Samuel Boadu has been full of praise for the ex-Ghana international.
“Sulley doesn’t think I’m a small coach because he has worked with bigger coaches. Sulley respects himself and respects me. Absolutely, 100%. Sulley Muntari, Inkoom and Awako are quality additions for our Africa campaign,”
Boadu told Asempa FM.
Sulley Muntari has now added a domestic silverware to the many title he won during his days with Portsmouth and Inter Milan in Europe.
He was part of the historic Inter Milan team that won the treble in 2010.
Meanwhile, the Phobians will represent Ghana in the CAF Confederation Cup after winning the FA Cup.
