Man United Target Two Strikers To Boost Goalscoring Department

Manchester United are set to prioritise a search for a new goalscorer this summer.
While it has been a successful season under Erik ten Hag, Manchester United haven’t been scoring enough goals — managing only 51 goals in 35 Premier League matches, with a far worse goal difference than all of our rivals.
In turn, it comes as no surprise that Ten Hag wants to sign an elite-striker. As well as Tottenham Hotspur captain Harry Kane, the Reds are reportedly keen on a move for Atalanta striker Rasmus Hojlund.
The Times believe United could sign two strikers this summer, with Hojlund joining Kane on the transfer shortlist.

Kane needs no introduction to our readers and he’s probably at the top of Ten Hag’s list, while Hojlund is an up-and-coming star.
Hojlund, 20, has scored seven goals in 29 appearances since joining Atalanta last summer. It is believed that he could be available for around £40 million.
The young striker scored a hat-trick for Denmark against Finland in March.
This will cast further doubts over the future of Anthony Martial, who has scored just 8 goals in 26 matches this season.
Marcus Rashford is United’s top scorer this term on 29 goals.
