Manchester United are preparing to submit a whopping €120 million bid for Randal Kolo Muani, according to DEPREDICT.
Kolo Muani is likely to leave Eintracht Frankfurt next summer should an offer north of €100m be made as United and Paris Saint-Germain go head-to-head for his signature.
Erik ten Hag’s men are expected to be in the market for a new striker next summer with Wout Weghorst unlikely to be signed permanently and Anthony Martial facing an uncertain future.
While Harry Kane is thought to be United’s prime target, Tottenham Hotspur are unwilling to part ways with their record goalscorer despite him having just over a year left on his contract.
Alongside Kane, Victor Osimhen and Kolo Muani have also been linked with a move to Old Trafford and Erik ten Hag’s men are now reportedly plotting a mammoth bid for the latter.
Following an injury to Christopher Nkunku, Kolo Muani was given a late call-up to Didier Deschamps’ squad for the 2022 FIFA World Cup where he scored in the semi-final and came off the bench in the final to put on an impressive cameo.
The 24-year-old has racked up 30 goal contributions in his 34 appearances across all competitions this term.
Unsurprisingly, Muani is currently attracting interest from several Europe’s elite sides less than a year since he left Nantes as a free agent to join Frankfurt.
Real Madrid, Bayern Munich and Liverpool have all been credited with an interest in the striker but as speculations over his long-term future continue, Kolo Muani is currently focused on finishing the current season as strongly as possible.
Having picked up a red card in the first leg of his side’s Champions League knockout tie against Napoli which ended in a 2-0 loss, Muani is suspended for the return leg later today.
