Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang Nearing Agreement To Join Saudi Arabian Two Clubs

Sports Zone are reporting that Chelsea forward Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang (33) is nearing agreements with two Saudi Arabian clubs, and is therefore close to leaving the Stamford Bridge club after just one year.

During what is now likely to be Aubameyang’s one and only season at Chelsea, the Gabon international scored just three goals in 22 appearances. The striker was brought to the club to link up once again with Thomas Tuchel, who was sacked just weeks after Aubameyang’s arrival.

Aubamayang will leave Chelsea this summer, according to Sports Zone, despite possessing a contract for a further year. The Premier League club would like to sell him before the 30th of June for financial reasons.

An agreement on a pre-contract with the Saudi Private Investment Fund is close to being found. He would join either Al-Ahli Saudi FC or Al-Shabab FC. Aubameyang wouldn’t be against a final season in Europe, but no club has yet to display a concrete interest in the former Saint-Étienne forward.
