PAUL POGBA DISCLOSES WHERE HIS PROBLEMS WITH FORMER MANCHESTER UNITED MANAGER JOSE MOURINHO STARTED

Departing Manchester United star Paul Pogba has explained that an injury he got in 2017 fractured his relationship with his former manager Jose Mourinho.

Paul Pogba has opened up on where his issues with Jose Mourinho originated from. The two enjoyed an on and off relationship, with Mourinho criticizing Pogba at times.

Pogba, who will be a free agent at the end of this month, worked with Mourinho at Manchester United. The two may have won two trophies together, but it wasn’t always a rosy affair.

In Pogba’s new documentary, as quoted by 90 minutes, Pogba explains that he suffered a nasty thigh injury that he had to fly to Miami for his rehabilitation.

It started when I got injured. I said I was going to Miami to do rehabilitation. A paparazzi took a photo of Zulay(Pogba’s partner) and me.

Jose sent the picture to Mino Raiola. I didn’t like that at all. He said he’s on holiday when we are working like b*astards.

I told Mourinho, ‘are you serious? I’m injured. I train three times a day here. Who do you think I am?

It was new to me to have an issue with my coach.
