The eight nominees have been revealed for the Premier League April Player of the Month award.
With three goals and four assists to his name last month, Manchester City midfielder Kevin De Bruyne is on the list, as is his team-mate Erling Haaland, who notched six goals and two assists during the month.
Newcastle United also have two nominees in Alexander Isak (four goals, one assist) and Callum Wilson (eight goals, one assist).
Aston Villa striker Ollie Watkins should be considered a strong contender for the award after he bagged five goals and registered one assist in April.
And the list is rounded off by Liverpool’s Diogo Jota (five goals, two assists), Crystal Palace’s Eberechi Eze (four goals) and Bournemouth’s Dominic Solanke (three goals, three assists).
Voting is open now on the Premier League’s official website, with the winner to be announced next week.
