Retired Former Real Madrid midfielder Clarence Seedorf is backing PSG striker Kylian Mbappe for a move to the Spanish giants Madrid.
The Dutch legend and former AC Milan Player also spoke about various other key questions relating to the World Cup ahead of Friday’s draw in an interview with Radio MARCA.
“Mbappe would fit in at Real Madrid because all the great players fit in at Real Madrid,” he said.
Seedorf stated his belief that there is not a clear favourite for this year’s World Cup.
“Many teams are equal. There are many teams that could win the World Cup, but a lot can happen before the start of the tournament and things can change from here until December,” he said.
The 46-year-old also commented on the playing style implemented by Spain boss Luis Enrique, as he highlighted his direct approach.
“[Luis Enrique] is a coach who has always liked to get the ball forward without a lot of touches,” he said.
“There are many ways to play football; you can and you have to get the best out of each team.”
