WATCH VIDEO: Kaizer Chiefs goalkeeper scared a ball boy after loss on Sunday

  • Ball boy ‘runs for his life’ after Chiefs keeper threatens to clap him.

Kaizer Chiefs goalkeeper Bruce Bvuma appeared to have scared a ball boy during the team’s 1-0 loss to Richards Bay on Sunday afternoon.

A second-half goal by Simphiwe Mcineka saw the Natal Rich Boys move eight points clear of bottom-placed Cape Town Spurs. For Amakhosi, it was their 10th league defeat of the season as the Soweto giants dropped to 10th on the log with six matches remaining.

With Chiefs trailing in the match’s final stages, Bvuma was seen running after and threatening a ball boy. It appeared that the ball boy was deliberately taking his time to throw the ball back into play.

The keeper’s reaction caught the attention of fans on social media. Many were quick to condemn Bavuma’s action, saying the Kaizer Chiefs first choice was taking out his frustration on the ball boy.
