Amateur Days

Jerami Grant attended DeMatha Catholic High School in Hyattsville, Maryland, where he played basketball for the high school team. In his senior year, he averaged 12.5 points in 23 games.

Grant was ranked as the No. 11 power forward and the No. 37 player in the country in 2012.

Jerami Grant was traded to the Oklahoma City Thunder on November 1, 2016, in exchange for Ersan Ilyasova and a protected draft pick.

The following day, he made his debut for the City Thunder in an 85–83 win over the Los Angeles Clippers, recording 2 rebounds, 6 points, and 2 blocks in 18 minutes.

Portland Trail Blazers

Jerami was traded to the Portland Trail Blazers, along with the draft rights to Ismael Kamagate, in exchange for a top-four protected 2025 first-round pick, the draft rights to Gabriele Procida, and two future second-round picks, on July 6, 2022.

For the Blazers, he put up 16 points, including a game-winning layup in a 106-104 win over the Phoenix Suns on November 25, 2022.

He recorded a career-high 44 points in a 132-129 overtime win over the New York Knicks on November 25.

National Team

Grant played for the U18 team at the FIBA Americas U18 Championship. He was also named to the United States Olympic basketball team for the 2020 Summer Olympics in Tokyo on June 28, 2021.
