New Diet Of Justin Thomas

Justin Thomas would finish the day incredibly fatigued whenever it was overly hot outside. Even though Thomas is a pro athlete in great shape, he grew tired much quicker than he should have.

Dr. Ara Suppiah, a wellness expert, gave Thomas special instructions following bloodwork and food sensitivity tests. Thomas then opted for a full year of a gluten-free diet and six months with no dairy to fix his fatigue.

He scans every nutritional wrapper on everything he eats, ensuring he doesn’t eat something bad for him. Thus, he misses pizza like nothing else.

Besides the strict diet routine, he consumes a special yellow drink mixed with peach-flavored powder and a LivPur hydration packet daily.

Thomas hopes it works, as he feels awful about not being able to eat anything good.

Before the Wells Fargo Championship, when the golfer was asked if he’s found any new favorite delicacy, he joked he sometimes breathes nice fresh air.

It seems he strictly follows and is committed to the new diet.

In the interview, Justin said that he feels better and feels like he has more energy waking up. It came at a high cost of longing for his cravings.

Justin Thomas Workout

Thomas pushes more on core-strengthening workouts, including mobility exercises and routines, to boost flexibility.

The core-related works strengthen the stabilizing muscles in his abdomen, back, hips, and glutes.

He begins his routine with glute activation by loading his hips. Lunges, anti-rotation work with bands, pull and push exercises, and unilateral movements follow in succession.

His core-centric workout and muscle-boosting routine have helped him gain much as 20 lbs since 2017.

He has made working out a part of his life even though he didn’t like it in the past.

Dehydration Issues

The year 2022 was scary for Justin Thomas as he lay low week after week due to the combination of heat and illness. He was feeling on the hottest, muggiest days last season.

In the Mayakoba event in late 2021, he was already feeling dehydrated and just off. The worse of it came at the PGA Championship.
