Anthony Poole VS Draymond Green

On October 5, 2022, before the 2022/23 season, an altercation occurred between Poole and his former teammate Draymond Green. During the incident, Green punched Poole.

Green stated that he doesn’t resort to violence immediately; dialogue usually happens before such incidents occur.

However, Green’s response triggered a strong reaction from Poole’s father, Anthony Poole, who took to Twitter and expressed his displeasure with some harsh words.

“I’m standing on this, that is some BS. JP (Jordan Poole) was his guy and he avoided me all of last year. He is a soft as b*tch and I’m standing on this, and he didn’t apologize to me and my wife. So, he’s lame, and me and him can meet anytime he wants.”

Amid this controversy, Jordan moved to the Wizards on July 6, 2023.

He has chosen not to dwell on the incident and prefers to move forward, rarely discussing the topic.
