Kim Min-Jae Set To Join Manchester United In The Summer
Napoli centre-back Kim Min-jae has decided to join Manchester United this summer.
The 26-year-old has a €50million release clause in his contract and United appear set to sign the South Korea international after a stellar season in Italy.
Whilst negotiating with Napoli, the Red Devils also hope to complete a deal to bring striker Victor Osimhen to Old Trafford.
Napoli are open to selling the Nigerian for the right price, which is expected to be north of £100m. The 24-year-old has been the leading catalyst in Gli Azzurri’s Scudetto win this season after firing in 23 league goals in 29 appearances.
A report in Naples-based Il Mattino suggests the club are in pole position to land the highly-sought after centre forward.
Erik ten Hag’s side are on the brink of securing a top-four finish, which would see the club return to the Champions League after a season out of the competition.
With just three games remaining, United sit fourth, one point ahead of fifth-placed Liverpool with a game in hand on the Merseyside club.
