Real Madrid Ready To Do ‘Whatever It Takes’ To Sign Jude Bellingham

Real Madrid are ready to do whatever it takes to sign Borussia Dortmund midfielder Jude Bellingham in the summer so much so that they now see themselves ‘in the running’.

There are reports in the media that claim that Real have intensified talks with the midfielder and his representatives to an extent that all key figures of the transfer have been coordinated internally.

Bellingham, 19, is rightly expected to leave Germany at the end of the season despite the fact that Dortmund want him to continue for at least another year.

For now, any move to acquire the England midfielder is set to cost €150 million and as reported before, Manchester City’s professional relationship with the German team currently puts them ahead in the race.

As far as Real Madrid are concerned, Daily Telegraph says they are willing to pay €115 million for the midfielder as a guaranteed fee and are even prepared to go as high as €150 million, although with potential add-ons.

As it turns out, the conditions of these add-ons are going to be quite challenging, possibly having to win the UEFA Champions League and even the Ballon d’Or.

It is believed that Bellingham wants to join a team with a good sporting project and in the end, his decision will mean a lot. For what it is worth, the youngster’s resolution to join Real Madrid will depend a lot on the futures of Toni Kross and Luka Modric.

If the duo continues, the odds will decrease, but even if one of them leaves, Madrid will have the advantage. In all fairness, one can expect Madrid to go all out for the midfielder in the summer as they do not really have a strong alternative or a midfield strategy in place, at least until today.
