SADIO MANE SPOTTED PLAYING FOOTBALL IN THE MUD WITH FRIENDS IN HOMETOWN

Bayern Munich target Sadio Mané has been spotted playing football with friends in his hometown in Bambali, Senegal.

Sadio Mané is enjoying his time with childhood friends in his hometown of Bambali in Senegal after he was spotted playing football in the mud.

The Liverpool star is back in Senegal after a long season with the Reds, which saw him win the FA Cup and the Carabao Cup.

In photos posted on Twitter, spotted by Sports Brief, the 30-year-old was busily playing football on a muddy pitch following rains in Bambali.

The game pulled huge crowd from his hometown and other environs, as fans came out to watch their hero.

Mané had not been home since winning the Africa Cup of Nations, and it was evidence by the numbers that showed up to watch him play.

Other Senegalese football legends that came to play the game are El Hadji Diouf, also of Liverpool fame, and former Newcastle United star Papiss Cisse.

The Liverpool winger is currently on the radar of Bayern Munich, who have already sent two bids for the attacker, which has been rejected Merseyside outfit.

Mané has reportedly agreed personal terms with the German giants and he is eager to make a summer move.

He joined Liverpool in 2016, enjoying a successful 6-year spell, which has seen him win the UEFA Champions League, the English Premier League and the FA Cup.
