Injuries And Comeback

Injury is nothing new for basketball players, especially for those playing in a professional capacity.

The most recent injury that Holiday suffered was neck soreness on the 6th of March, 2023. As a result, he was ruled out of the game against Orlando.

Before that, he had suffered an ankle injury on the 15th of January, 2023. His ankle looks to be a soft spot as he already had two more injuries in July and August of 2022.

He also suffered a hamstring injury on the 27th of December, 2022 for which he started reconditioning on the 4th of January, 2023.

As the saying goes, “ What doesn’t kill only makes you stronger”, these injuries don’t seem to be holding Holiday back. Instead, he looks to be coming back more fiercer than before having to sit out the game.

We cannot say that he will have an injury-free career in such a competitive sport like basketball that too being in the NBA but we will wish him a speedy recovery from all of the injuries that he may have to suffer in the near future.
